This is our ongoing website marketing package. This package is designed for existing websites as well as our website marketing packages.

Hosting and Marketing Maintenance

Package includes everything in our Standard Website Design and Marketing Package plus:

1. Client is set up with a totally unique lead capture system that enables them to capture customer email, follow up with and convert past and potential customers within a fully automated system. Any existing customer email list that has been built can be loaded into the system to start follow up emails.
2. Every month as many as 4 messages can be loaded into the system to be sent out to past and potential customers. These can include special discounts (people love to be party to deals others aren’t) and other ideas. Ideas for follow up emails will be sent out in the monthly newsletter.
3. One video created and uploaded to the 30 major video sharing sites each month, targeting one key search phrase. Google loves video hosting sites so this means quality backlinks, and the video usually reaches the first page of Google for the targeted key phrase very quickly (usually within a few days, but sometimes a few hours).
4. One unique article written and submitted to 10 different article directories each month, which builds credibility and one-way backlinks. Some submission services use software to blast your article to 5000 directories, but this is more likely to harm rankings than help them. We manually submit to only the best, relevant article directories, slowly over the year ensuring a natural link building campaign in Google, using different IP addresses.
5. This article will also be posted to the client’s website. This builds website content, which Google also loves.
6. Ongoing backlink building at a rate of 25 – 30 high PR (4 – 9) backlinks per month for natural growth in the search engines.

At the end of the month, a detailed report of all the services above will be sent out to the client, so they have hard copies of all work completed on file.

They will also receive an in-depth, 5 page Google Analytics report featuring a full analysis of traffic to the website, where it came from, how it got there, what search engine was used with which keywords and much more.

These reports can be analysed over the 12 month contract to ensure the campaign is working as planned.
